Hi there. You are enough, you are so enough, it is unbelievable how enough you are. God created you the way you are so that you could be a light in the world. And even if you don't believe in God, you are still here. You look like you do, have the personality that you do, and are who you are. Don't you think then there must be some purpose for yourself, anyway?

 You are the only one who can shine your light. Love your light by loving your face, your body, your talents, your gifts, your everything. Then you'll glow as bright as you possibly can. And sometime soon, you will help someone in the dark find their way. That's only something you can do.

Everyone is afraid of something. Everyone feels alone sometimes. Remember that you are not alone! You are never alone. 

You are beautiful. You are talented. You are so cool, and my goodness, people like you! 

If you look in a magazine and see a perfect person, realize that they are not perfect. In fact, they may feel the same way as you do inside. Possibly worse. And even in they are genuinely happy, they still aren't perfect. Being perfect like our Father in Heaven is unattainable in this life. 

But.

How God created you is perfect in his eyes. You are special. 

Know that everyone has insecurities. It's a good idea to try your hardest to love yourself until you actually love yourself. But one thing that won't help is looking at people and comparing yourself to them. You can't possibly know everything that ails them or makes them sad. You only can see above the surface. 

What is under your surface is complex, mysterious, and exciting. Remember that everyone else has a below-the-surface as well. 

Love yourself and others. Love others and love yourself. Love God or the higher power you believe in, or whatever you look to if anything, and have the ability to love greater than you ever have before.
